Sample Packs are digital packages that contain Audio Files amongst other things, that help Electronic Music Producers to make music. Sometimes they are referred to as Suites, Preset Packs or Vocal Packs. 

Every purchase is delivered digitally: sample packs aren't a physical disk or USB stick that we will deliver to your address. Download links are dispatched immediately after checkout completion.

Simply put, no. We never recycle any Samples, Presets or files directly. 

We make a distinction between Single Packs, Suites & Bundles.

Suites are essentially a collection of Single Packs that we release all at once. None of these packs are duplicates of previous releases, and are 100% brand-new.

If you decide to get a bundle like our All Access Bundles, or 'Collections', there exists the chance you will receive a duplicate pack in case you've already ordered a pack before. These bundles are basically a collection of previously released products, collected and discounted for volume.

Absolutely! We offer upgrade codes to anyone who wants to ugprade from a single pack to a bundle or suite.

No, we make discount codes single use only. That means you can't stack multiple discount codes to get discount on top of another discount.

However, if we are running a store discount of let's say 10%, and you have an active discount code? Then you are able to use this discount code alongside the store-wide discount.

We offer a 3 Day Money-Back Guarantee. Our Money-Back Guarantee is subject to our Refund Policy, which breaks down into the following points:

• We offer refunds within 3 days of purchasing for Single Packs

• We don't offer full refunds on bundled products or suites

• We offer a partial refund on bundled products or suites, based on the most expensive pack in that bundle compared to the total undiscounted price of the bundle. Lets say you bought a Suite which costs €200 undiscounted, and the most expensive pack in the Suite costs €50. That's 25% of the total price, so we will offer a 25% refund on your purchase. If you paid €70 in total, we will refund €17,5.

Mac sometimes runs into issues when unzipping our products. This is usually instantly fixed by using a software called 'The Unarchiver'. You can download the software here

Another reason might be that your download got corrupted during the download process. Please:

We will make sure you regain access to all of your past purchases. 

We can confidently say this is caused by your internet connection. We use the fastest download delivery server and these are routinely checked. 99% of the time this is fixed by checking your internet connection, using another hotspot, updating your Wi-Fi router or similar fixes.

There are 2 ways to create an account. Firstly, you can use your 'Shop' account to sign in at any time.

Secondarily you can create an account with the email you've used to order a product with. 

That means you can't create an account if you haven't ordered anything before or don't have 'Shop'. 

In the top right corner of our website, you'll find the account logo. Go there, and use the email you've ordered a product with. We will send a 6 digit one-time code to your email with which you can login.

No, you do not need an account to purchase any product. 

If after purchasing you do want an account, you can simply access your account by going to the account icon in our top-right store corner. Use the email you've ordered the product with, and you will receive a code to login to your account.

When you've ordered any of our products you may (subject to our restrictions & EULA):

• Use the Samples, Sounds & Presets in any way for your commercial music projects 

• Use the Samples, Sounds & Presets for Video Games & Movies

• Release your music with the Samples, Sounds & Presets

When you've ordered any of our products you may not:

• Use any of the files contained within our products for Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Training.

• Distribute any of the files contained within our products individually, or as another Sample Pack

• Use any of the files contained within our produts to create competitive product such as Plug-Ins, Effect Libraries, Sample Packs

• Alter any of the files contained within our products to create a competitive product. People usually think that after enough alteration (heavy mixing, effects & processing) that this fixes the licensing & copyright issue. The files after the alterations still fall under our Licence Agreements.

Upon completing checkout, we generate a unique License Agreement File which you can download from the checkout page, your email & your account. This file is uneditable, and should suffice to prove to the Distributor that you have the necassary licensing to distribute your music created with our products.

Distributors (e.g. Distrokid, RouteNote, TuneCore, CD Baby, Amuse, LANDR, Ditto Music or Repost by SoundCloud) often times ask for specific License Files, or License Agreements when you try to distribute your music, in case they recognize any samples. This usually happens with Vocals or easily recognizable elements of a track.

Don't worry though! Our license agreement allows you to release your music 100% royalty free, even if someone else has already used the sounds contained within our products for their commercial projects.

Copyrights are subject to our End User License Agreement (EULA), and License Permissions & Restrictions. You don't own the copyrights to the files, sounds, samples & presets contained within our products. We grant you a license to use these sounds within the boundaries of the License Agreement.

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide & perpetual. You can not sub-license the files within our products, or our products themselves.

1. INTRODUCTION - This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("End User" or "You") and On Point Samples B.V. ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the audio samples, loops, and sound effects provided by On Point Samples B.V. (collectively, the "Samples"). By downloading, purchasing, or otherwise using the Samples, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Samples.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE - On Point Samples B.V. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Samples under the following conditions:

• You may use the Samples in the creation of original musical compositions and productions.

• You may distribute and release your compositions that incorporate the Samples royalty-free, including for commercial purposes.

• You may modify, edit, or process the Samples as part of your music production.

3. RESTRICTIONS - You may NOT:

• Use the Samples to create or distribute sample packs, sound libraries, or any competitive products.

• Use the Samples, Vocals & Presets for training artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning databases, biometric systems, voice cloning, synthetic voice generation, or any similar technologies.

• Resell, sublicense, share, rent, or redistribute the Samples individually, as part of a bundle, or in any isolated form.

• Claim ownership or authorship of the unmodified Samples.

• Use the Samples in a way that infringes on the rights of others or violates any applicable laws.

• Use the presets or individual sounds from the Samples, even if heavily processed or altered with effects, to create derivative sound products, sample packs, or presets for resale or distribution.

Violation of any of the above terms constitutes a breach of this license and may result in immediate license termination and legal action.

4. OWNERSHIP - All Samples remain the intellectual property of On Point Samples B.V.. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Samples to you. You receive a license to use them under the conditions stated herein.

5. TERMINATION - This license is effective until terminated. On Point Samples B.V. reserves the right to terminate this license if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Samples.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - The Samples are provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. On Point Samples B.V. is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Samples.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Point Samples B.V. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Samples.

8. GOVERNING LAW - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.

9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT - On Point Samples B.V. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Samples after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

No, you may not use any Samples, presets, sounds, or vocals from an Artist Sample Pack to imply, promote, or distribute your music as an official collaboration, feature, endorsement, or co-release with the artist who created the pack.

For the avoidance of doubt: If you use a vocal or any sound from the Last Word Sample Pack, you are not permitted to release your track as a collaboration, feature, or joint work with Last Word.

No, we don't allow the redistribution of our products. You can't share any of our packs to your friends or 3th parties, as stated in our License Agreement & Terms.

These packs are illegally distributed by other parties. We exclusively release all our packs on our own website, and don't work with any 3th party distributors. 

It's your choice to get the pack there, but please remember you're not supporting our brand, but rather supporting someone stealing our products and profiting from them.

Nope! Free Downloads, or 'Freebies' are subject to the same License Agreement/Terms as our Paid Products.

This is strictly forbidden. No matter how much you alter any of our sounds, they still remain subject to our License Agreement & Terms.

The same goes for the usage of our project files to create derivative/competitive products (sample packs, fx libraries, plugins, etc).

The only thing you need is a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) to be able to utilize our sample packs the best way. Popular choices are FL Studio, Ableton or Logic Pro. 

Some of our packs need additioal software since they're specifically designed for that. Such as Serum 2 Presets, Spire Presets, Sylenth1 Presets. These are essentially 3th Party VST Plugins that you install into your DAW.

Any further, all our sounds are in .WAV format, so you can play them in any music playback system.

Mostly, yes! However this depends on the specific product.

A general rule of thumb, is that most of the new versions of plugins/DAWs will load old versions of the plugins/DAWs, but not the other way around.

Serum 1 Presets will work in Serum 2, but Serum 2 won't load into Serum 1!

Luckily, we design all our Sample Packs in such a way that they're most compatible with your DAW. 

For example, most FL Studio projects will load in older versions.

However Ableton Projects might not load properly, based on your Ableton Verison. If you own Standard, while the project is created in Suite: you most likely wont be able to open it properly.

Installing Serum 2 presets is very easy! Here's a video for reference on YouTube, that shows how to install Serum 2 Presets.

Installing Serum 2 presets is a little bit different compared to how you used to do it in Serum 1.

If you're in FL Studio, and you can't open a folder that's supposed to contain Serum 2 presets? Don't worry! They don't show up in your browser, but they will in your normal Windows File Explorer.

In Serum 2, you can find 'Menu' in the top right corner. Click on that, and click on 'Open Serum 2 Presets Folder'. Then open 'Presets'. Here you can copy paste your downloaded preset folder.

Installing Spire presets is pretty easy! We supply 4 different exports of Spire presets for every order. This is because Spire supports multiple Spire Versions through different presetbank exports. Here's an easy video on YouTube for reference.

Based on which version you have, you can import the presetbank export the following way: 

1. Simply open Spire in your DAW

2. Click on the 'Init' preset selector in the top left corner

3. Select the folder you want it installed into (e.g. 'User Library')

4. Look down, and click 'Import'

5. Select the presetbank, and you're done!

Installing Sylenth1 Presets is really straightforward! Here's a YouTube tutorial for reference.

All the presets we supply, are in 'Preset Bank' format. This means they aren't individual presets.

In Sylenth1, simply go to 'Menu' in the middle of the screen.

Then click on 'Bank'. Then click on 'Load'. 

Select your bank file, and you're done!

No worries! This is almost always an issue of plugin version mismatch.

Please make sure you've installed the most recent version of your plugin from the plugins official website.

After completing checkout, our system will generate a VAT invoice for your order.

Please note that this invoice does not contain your VAT & Business information.

You can also access your invoice through your account. Please refer to our account FAQ for more information.

All orders on our store are handled as Business To Consumer (B2C), without VAT information from the customers end on the invoice. VAT Exemption is not applicable for these orders. Please consult your tax advisor for correct accounting treatment. Note you can still use these invoices for your accounting records, but they do not include VAT revese-charge or VAT deduction.

Under EU-Law, businesses must actively check Business To Business (B2B) invoices between EU countries for correct & complete invoice information.

Since purchases are completed without VAT information nor Business information from the customers end, the order is handled as B2C.

Subsequently, we are unable to alter invoices retroactively (after payment) to make them contain your business information, nor are they subject to VAT exemption.
