About These Terms

These terms apply when you visit or buy from On Point Samples. On Point Samples is run by:

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy (onpointsamples.com/policies/refund-policy), our Privacy Policy (onpointsamples.com/policies/privacy-policy) and our license agreement (EULA, onpointsamples.com/pages/eula).

Using Our Store

• Please give us correct and complete information when you buy, and keep your email address up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping access to your email address secure, because that's how you log in to your library.
• If you add a profile photo, only use a picture you have the right to use. Don't use anything offensive, or a photo of someone else without their permission. We may remove a photo that breaks this.
• Don't misuse our website, for example by trying to get around download limits, attacking or overloading our site, or using it for anything illegal.

Products and Prices

Our products are digital (sample packs, presets, MIDI, project files and plugins, and online courses). We do our best to describe every product accurately, including what's included and what you need to use it. Prices are shown at checkout, including VAT where it applies. We may change prices and products at any time, but this never affects an order you've already placed.

If a price or product description contains an obvious mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and Payment

Your order is confirmed once your payment has gone through. You'll get an order confirmation by email. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or misuse, and if we do, we refund you in full.

Delivery and Downloads

You get access right after your payment. Your downloads are waiting in your library (onpointsamples.com/pages/library), and your order confirmation email has a button straight to it. Some products have a download limit or an IP limit, which you can see per product in your library. Our system records when files are downloaded, to manage these limits and to handle refund requests.

Your License

When you buy a product, you get a license to use it as described in our license agreement (EULA): onpointsamples.com/pages/eula. You don't buy the content itself, and you may not share, resell or redistribute the files.

Courses

Courses are for your personal use. Please don't share your login, your course videos or course files with others. You can watch your courses in the Courses tab of your library.

Refunds

Refunds work as described in our Refund Policy: onpointsamples.com/policies/refund-policy. Every order comes with our 3-day money-back guarantee. On Point Samples is based in the Netherlands. If you live in the EU, EU consumer law applies to your purchase, and our 3-day money-back guarantee comes on top of it.

If an order is refunded (fully or partly), your license for the refunded products ends and you must delete those files.

Reviews and Messages

When you send us a review, you allow us to show it on our website together with your name as you entered it. We may remove reviews that are offensive or not about the product.

Intellectual Property

All sounds, presets, plugins, courses, artwork, text and other content on our website belong to On Point Samples or to the artists and partners we work with. They're protected by copyright. You may only use them as described in our license agreement.

Links to Other Websites

Our website may link to other websites, like YouTube or social media. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We do our best to keep our website and downloads working at all times, but we can't guarantee there will never be an interruption. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.

Closing Your Account

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time, from your library (Your account, Your data) or by email. Once it's deleted, you can no longer download your files again or watch your courses through your library. Download anything you want to keep first. More about what we keep and why is in our Privacy Policy (onpointsamples.com/policies/privacy-policy).

Suspending Accounts

We may block access to downloads or close an account if these terms or our license agreement are broken, for example when files are shared or content is used after a refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you're a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one that was on our website when you placed it. Questions?
