No worries, this happens to a lot of producers and it's an easy fix. It's almost always one of these two things:

• On Windows: file names can get too long. Unzip the file straight to your C:\ drive first, then move the folder to wherever you want it.
• The unzip tool: the one you use makes a big difference. Use 7-Zip or WinRAR on Windows, or The Unarchiver on Mac.

Sorry about that, let's get it sorted. Missing files almost always means the unzip didn't finish. Try these steps, one by one:

1. On Mac, use The Unarchiver instead of the standard unzipper
2. Clear your browser cache and download it again
3. Download it again from your library
4. Try a different browser
5. Make sure your internet connection is stable while it downloads

That's annoying, we get it. Our download servers are fast, so a download that keeps stopping is almost always down to the internet connection. A few things that help:

• Move closer to your router, or plug in a cable
• Try another network, like a hotspot from your phone
• Restart your router and give it another go

No problem at all. Each link can only be downloaded a few times, so our packs don't get shared around. If you've hit the limit, just shoot us a message and we'll send you fresh links.

Easy fix! Each link only works on a few different internet connections. Just like the download limit, that's there to stop sharing. Shoot us a message and we'll send you new links and reset the limit for you.

Don't worry, nothing is lost! Shoot us a message with the email you ordered with, and we'll get you access to everything you bought again.

It's quick and simple. Your installer is ready the moment you order. Log in to your library with the email you ordered with, open Plugins and download the installer for your computer (Mac or Windows). Run it, then open the plugin in your DAW (or open the standalone app) and activate it with your license key.

That's it! You're ready to start building kicks.

That depends on whether you already have the Teknovault Kick Builder:

• Full Plugin: the complete OPS Kick Builder, the plugin and the OPS kick library. Pick this one if you don't have a Kick Builder yet.
• Expansion Pack: only the OPS kick library, for producers who already own the Teknovault Kick Builder. It installs right into the Teknovault Kick Builder you already have.

Your key is waiting in your library. Log in with the email you ordered with, open Plugins and click Generate. Your key shows up right away, and one click copies it.

Got both the Full Plugin and the Expansion Pack? Each one has its own card with its own key. Use the key from the card of the one you're activating.

Key not showing up? Shoot us a message and we'll sort it out for you.

Easy! Open the plugin, click ACTIVATE and paste in your license key. You only need an internet connection for this once. After that, it works in all your DAWs and the standalone app on that computer.

Got the Expansion Pack? Its key goes into your Teknovault Kick Builder. See "How do I use the Expansion Pack?" for the steps.

The Expansion Pack adds the OPS kicks to the Teknovault Kick Builder you already have. Here's how:

1. Open Plugins in your library and download the Expansion Pack installer for your computer.
2. Run it. It installs the OPS library into your Teknovault Kick Builder.
3. Click Generate on the Expansion Pack card to get your key.
4. Open your Teknovault Kick Builder and fill in that key. The OPS kicks unlock right away.

Don't have the Teknovault Kick Builder? Then you need the Full Plugin instead.

Yes, no problem. On your old computer, open Settings, click License and deactivate it there. Then simply activate it on your new computer with the same key.

Lost access to your old computer? That happens. Shoot us a message and we'll reset it for you.

Good question! Here's what you need:

• Mac: macOS 11 (Big Sur) or newer, Intel and Apple Silicon. AU, VST3 and standalone.
• Windows: Windows 10 or newer, 64-bit. VST3 and standalone.

It works in all the big DAWs, like FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase and Bitwig. Sadly, Pro Tools doesn't work, because it needs AAX.

The Expansion Pack runs inside your Teknovault Kick Builder, so it works wherever that one works.

Good news, updates are always free. When there's a new version, we send you the new installer, and the latest one is always in your library too. Just run it and you're done. Your presets, FX chains and sample libraries stay right where they are, so you won't lose anything. Restart your DAW afterwards so it loads the new version.

Yes, absolutely! Every kick you make with the plugin is 100% royalty-free, also when you release it. So go ahead and put them in your tracks.

Good question! Go to your library and log in with the email you ordered the course with. Your course is under Courses. We'll email you a 6-digit code, and once you enter it, you're in.

Getting your new presets into Serum 2 only takes a few clicks:

1. Open Serum 2 and click Menu
2. Click Open Serum 2 Presets Folder
3. Open the Presets folder and paste in the presets you downloaded

Good news: we include 4 different exports, so our presets work with every Spire version. Here's how to load them:

1. Open Spire and click the Init preset name
2. Pick a folder and click Import
3. Select the preset bank file you downloaded, and you're done

Easy! Sylenth1 presets come as a preset bank, so you load them all in one go. In Sylenth1, go to Menu → Bank → Load and pick the bank file.

Sorry to hear that. This is almost always because your synth is an older version. Download the latest version from the synth's own website, then try loading the presets again.

Just a couple of things. You need a DAW, the program you make music in, like FL Studio, Ableton or Logic Pro. For preset packs you'll also need the synth they're made for, like Serum 2, Spire or Sylenth1.

Good news for the samples: all our sounds are .WAV files, so they work in every DAW.

Usually yes, but it depends on the product. Newer versions can open older stuff, but it doesn't always work the other way around. For example, Serum 1 presets work fine in Serum 2, but Serum 2 presets won't load in Serum 1.

Good question! Sample packs are collections of sounds (and often presets and project files) that producers use to make music. You download them right after you buy, so you can start using them straight away.

In your library, go to Your account, then Your data. There you can download a copy of your data straight away, clear what your library remembers, or ask us to delete your account and data.

To delete, choose Delete account there. We email you a link to confirm it's really you, and once you confirm, we delete your data within a month. Deleting closes your library, so download anything you want to keep first. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.

Yes. In your library, go to Your account and click the circle with your initial. Your photo is made small on your own device first, and only you see it in your library. Remove it any time on the same page.

Yes, absolutely! It's 100% royalty-free, even if someone else already used the same sounds. After you order, we make a License Agreement file just for you. You'll find it in your library, under Licenses. If a distributor ever asks, just send them that file. It shows you're allowed to use the sounds.

Lots! Here's what you're free to do:

• Use the samples, sounds and presets in your music, also when you sell it
• Use them in games and films
• Release your music without paying any royalties

We want you to have fun with our sounds, but there are a few things that aren't allowed:

• Use our files to train AI, or for voice cloning
• Share or sell the files themselves, or put them in another sample pack
• Make competing products with them, like plugins or effect libraries

Not quite. You get the right to use them in your music, forever and anywhere in the world. The copyright of the files, sounds and presets does stay with us, though, and you can't pass that right on to someone else.

Nope, same deal! Freebies have the exact same license as our paid packs.

Sorry, that's a no. Sharing our packs breaks the license, so please keep them to yourself.

We get why it's tempting, but no. You can't use sounds, presets or vocals from an artist pack to make it look like an official collab, feature or release with that artist.

Sorry, but that's never allowed. No matter how much you change our sounds, they still fall under our license.

Good that you checked! Sadly, no. Those are illegal copies. We only sell our packs on our own website, and we don't work with any other sellers. So if you see them anywhere else, they're not from us.

Everything is in our EULA (End User License Agreement). Here's the short version: you can use our sounds in your own music, royalty-free. You can't make sample packs with them, train AI or voice clones on them, resell them or build competing products. All rights stay with On Point Samples B.V., and Dutch law applies. We make an invoice for you automatically when you order, so there's nothing you need to do. You'll find it in your library: open the order and click VAT invoice.

Just a heads up: the invoice doesn't have your VAT number or business details on it.

Sorry, that's something we can't do. Every order in our store is handled as a normal customer order, without VAT or business details, so VAT exemption doesn't apply. This also goes for businesses in the EU, and we're not able to change invoices afterwards.
