Please include your order number & specify why you are dissatisfied with
the product. This way we can easily refund the order and improve our products.

sounds are royalty-free.
Once you've ordered a pack
from our website, you will receive a download link with the email you've
submitted. In case you have created an account on our website, you will be able
to download your past orders via your account page.
