My notes from this Short
Random LFO and clip distortion
I make sure I'm in a high octave and glide the notes with mono legato. I use a saw wave and an LFO on phase AB: open the gain, open the rate, put it on random and on free so it's in hertz, and add just a bit of phase AB.
Then I use the clip distortion at around 50 to 75 percent, so I get that squarey sound, but not too much. I add a voice to the second oscillator, select noise and take it down until it doesn't overwhelm.

A pitch wobble that opens up
I want a pitch wobble in my lead, but I want it to open up during the lead instead of instantly. I add phase AB, the gain and the rate, put it on free so it's in hertz and add the amount.
Then I take the gain down, put the LFO 2 gain on mod envelope 2 instead and open the amount. Now the envelope opens up the gain of the LFO during the note. After that I add pitch AB to mod envelope 1, take the sustain down and open a little bit of decay.
A detuned saw in part B
Instead of detuning the original saw wave, I use part B. I open a saw wave with two voices, add some detune and make sure it's in the right octave.
Now I can blend the first and second oscillator with the mix of B, which gives a lot more control. I finish it with some basic delay, reverb and compression.
