One saw on legato and glide
I start with a saw wave and decrease the release. Then I take one voice, make it glide and put it on legato.

Random 1 on global voice transposition
In the randomization I put it on seconds and take it down a bit. In the matrix I take random 1, put it on global voice transposition, open it up and put it on bipolar.
Play around with the seconds as well as the amounts.

A quiet detuned second oscillator
I add a second oscillator, make it detune a little bit and take down the level. You can distort it slightly, and finally I add some processing with reverb, delay and a tube compressor.
