Start with a formant shifter on the screech
This whole technique is based around making a screech and then adding a few more effects, and it's all based around the formant shifter. I use a formant shifter on my screech first.

Get the power back into the screech
Then you need to make sure you get power back into your screech. I do this by adding more distortion with a wave shaper, a vocal doubler to give some unison and width, and then boosting one prominent frequency.
Then I remove some bass, add some highs, add a compressor to get it back to normal volume and add an OTT.
